In case of defective products, ACCESS ABEE will replace them with a new one, as long as the client informs ACCESS ABEE by sending a clear picture via email that points out the defect, within 30 days from the issuing of the invoice. The cost for the return and replacement of the defective article will be the responsibility of ACCESS ABEE only in the case that TNT is used and only after approval.

Any return of an article without written consent of ACCESS ABEE will be sent back to the Client at the expense of the latter. No return will be accepted without confirmation.
